This blend brings two worlds together. Brazil provides the base: round, familiar notes of chocolate and nuts. Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee, adds bright, fruity and floral notes. The result is a medium-bodied coffee that starts familiar and ends surprisingly.

As an espresso, the chocolate side comes to the fore. But also try it as a filter coffee, for example with a Chemex: the lighter brewing method reveals the fruity and floral notes. The same bean, two very different cups.
